Teaching Experience
As a graduate teaching assistant for two years at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, I have had the pleasure to introduce many students to lifelong outdoor recreation activities and provide safe, structured learning opportunities that many students would not otherwise get to experience. Each course has five in-class, classroom sessions to build skills and background knowledge on the subject and then a weekend trip to practice all the new skills. I instructed the following courses:
