Rock Climbing Professionalism
The fall of 2019 I earned the BSA Climbing Director certification, a week-long training in New Mexico which resulted in a 5 year certification.

The week-long course consisted of:
- Program management and development
- Technical skills 
     - Traditional anchoring
     - Rescue skills
- Instructor Training
- Inventory management
- Risk management
- Teaching skills

Climbing Program Manager Certification:
- This training ensures a standard across the BSA for developing, evaluation, and improvement of climbing programs. Myself and one other took this course to certify our formalized training programs and ensure they meet standards.
